I received an empty package. I checked the package thoroughly as I was really looking forward to trying this lipstick. Customer service said they would send out a replacement. It never arrived.

Really can’t detect any color when I apply it. Doesn’t feel heavy or cakey but not very moisturizing either. Blah.
