I can not say enough about the service I received. I am a clinique lover. I have been using it since I was 17 im 54 now. I was leaving for a trip and I needed the loose powder 10. Unfortunately there were none at all. The wonderful ladies sent me off with 2 little jars of it and I was the happiest, most grateful customer, lol! Thank you for helping me out! Clinique cheats the consumer!!!

I opened a new container of powder yesterday. It contained no brush, and Clinique had cut the amount from 1.2 ounces to .88 ounces. How nice. I notice you didn't cut the price but still took advantage of the consumer. Shame on you, Clinique. I am very disappointed.

Top of the case breaks easily.

The cosmetics are good, but it’s a shame that the top of the case breaks when I open the lid.
