Broken bottle of Clinique product!

The bottle arrived BROKEN! The lid was broken and a lot of the product had leaked out in the shipping box. When I called Macy’s they told me to repackage it, print out a label and drive it to a UPS store for return and they would give me a GIFT CARD!! Unbelievable!!! Just credit my account please!! Would love to receive a response to this from Macy’s!
