Late late late

This was the item that I was supposed to receive yesterday on my mom‘s 91st birthday. She loves this lotion, and I went to her house yesterday. I had no present to give her. I am yet to receive my items. I got an email saying that the only thing they’re going to give me is free shipping upon returns. I don’t think that’s very fair.
