I've read the other reviews to see if it's just me..... nope, everyone agrees that this is not cream, it's like wax that smears and hardens when you try to spread it on your face! I'm constantly reading about Clinique discontinuing exceptional products for sub par ones. Whomever is making these business decisions is NOT focused on the customers, as all the phony canned responses try to get us to believe, but more about saving money by making cheaper products. I'm sure all the customers you've lost in the past several years would have rather paid a couple dollars more for their tried and true products than wasting hundreds trying to find suitable replacements. If this keeps up you'll be banished to the supermarket aisles!

Didn’t like this at all. Hard to apply and doesn’t seem to minimize pores at all.

please bring back Pore Refining Solutions correcting serum
I agree with the other reviewers - it is a terrible decision to keep discontinuing really great products, especially when you don't offer a good replacement. I've used the pore refining solutions correcting serum for years with excellent results. When I heard it was being discontinued I bought five bottles. Now that has run out and I'm going to have to look elsewhere for an equivalent treatment. This is not the first Clinique product I've loved that is no longer available....

Bring back the old pore refining solution, it worked great on your pores. please bring it back and get rid of the the new pore defying primer.

Does NOT even come close to Pore Refining Solutions
Once again Clinique discontinued a wonderful product and replaced it with a product that doesn't even come close in comparison! This new product is clear (does NOT minimize pores), it balls up and peels off! It is like trying to apply a waxy substance that just bals up ... I tried it under and over makeup and neither way remotely worked. It is a shame to see the product just ball up like little wax balls and fall off! I tried the product hoping it may work, but I completely waisted my money. I have been a loyal Clinique customer for over 30 years! I initially purchased 100% of my products from Clinique, now I am down to maybe 20%. The reason is they randomly discontinue wonderful products and replace them! Please, Clinique, please, bring back the original Pore Refining Solutions. I also greatly miss All About Eyes concealer! So many tried and true products gone!! Women like and stay with trued and true products! If Clinique wants to add new products, fine, but please stop discontinuing the other products. I introduced my daughter and nieces to Clinique! It was a right of passage to go get their make-up and face cleaning routine all set as young ladies. All of them have moved on from Clinique as they say, "they discontinued my favorite products!" It is a shame as Clinique keeps searching for new products like we are young teenage girls constantly experimenting instead of standing by the tried and true products! As long time users and supporters of Clinique we were "selling" your products for you and bringing in new users. Please, please bring Pore Refining Solutions back! I am now on the search for a replacement. I'm gonna try Benefit!
