Clinique pop longwear shine lipstick
I really like the color of the lipstick and the shine that it gives. The sale went very fast, as I went to my favorite sales girl, Marilyn (my name also). She is also very friendly, smart, and knows the products. We always get along, and have a laugh or two.
Perfect set for a quick glow up
I have been really enjoying The Clinique Full Face Forward Simply Radiant Set. It is the perfect set for a complete look that makes me feel confident and glow. What you get with the set is that I have been reaching for is the High Impact Shadow play. It is a double ended shadow stick with a beautiful brown ember shade with a hint of sparkle that wears great on my eyes, On the other side is a highlighter for a quick inner corner highlight and over the brow bone that completes my look. I found the shadow stick wore well throughout the day for me. Next I enjoyed the Clinique Pop Long Wear Lipstick. It is a beautiful shade of neutral pink. I found I did have to reapply many times throughout the day but loved the way the color looked on me. You also get a True Highlight Weightless Illuminator in Starlit Glow. It is a subtle highlighter that did not show up well on my skin. May show up better on lighter cooler skin tones. The mascara is a typical black mascara that did not wow me.
Great Starter Set
I was able to try and test the Clinique Full Face Forward: Simply Radiant Makeup Set, and I was quite pleased with it, especially since most of the items are full size. Full-Size Clinique Pop Longwear Lipstick in Bare Pop The feel of this lipstick really tells you that you’re getting a high-end product. It doesn’t even feel like a lipstick—it feels more like a lip-care product. It instantly hydrated and smoothed out my lips. It was honestly hard to tell if it lasted the full 8 hours because the color is very close to my natural lip color, just with a sheer finish. Full-Size High Impact Shadow Play Shadow + Definer in Flame + Ember I was quite impressed with this duo. I applied it without any eye primer, expecting a poor result for some reason, but it performed really well. The cream side does dry down pretty quickly, so if you need to blend, you should do it right away. It also didn’t crease on me like some cream shadows do. I
Variety Set and Long Lasting Products
I love this kit! I used it for a night out party and it lasted the entire night. I especially love the eyeshadow stick! It’s so easy to blend, but once it’s dried it doesn’t smudge or smear! The highlighter gives me such a natural glow. It’s very buildable if you want it to be more glowy. The lipstick is a natural color with a slight glitter to it! Lastly, the high impact mascara is always one of my favorites. It separates my lashes and is not clumpy. I love this set in general because of the variety of makeup choice you get. Only thing I would recommend to really make this set a “full face forward” set is to add a foundation primer, that way it really sets our face forward for a night out :) ** I received this product for free from Clinique for testing and review purposes.**
