Damaged box

I have been using Clinique products for nearly 30 years, and I regularly purchase them online from Macy’s. However, on Thanksgiving I placed an order, and it took two weeks for me to receive it. The packaging of the one of Moisturizing Gel bottles was completely torn. Why was the packing done so poorly? I intended to give them as a gift to my sister, but with the boxes so damaged, how can I possibly give them to her? You should review your packaging process and the way you select products before shipping them to customers.
