Is this a mistake?

I have been a loyal Clinique customer for 24 years and I have never been disappointed, until now. I have another Clinique makeup brush which I love and have had for years but I wanted to retire it as a back up so I ordered this. I haven't even been able to fully use it, as when I tried the bristles came off all over my face! Seeing my long lasting faith in the quality of Clinique products, I will call and see if maybe I got a faulty one or there are some first time use steps that I missed, but the brush feels extremely soft, not as tough as my original, and like I said the bristles came out all over the place. Very disappointed to say the least, especially for the money spent.

On the small side

It's not as big or fluffy for a powder brush, but the bristles are very soft and I can get my powder on. I'm ok with this brush, it does its job.

Quality brush

I was really impressed by the quality of this Clinique brush. It compares favorably with much higher priced brushes. I will definitely add other Clinique brushes to my collection.

Best Product Ever

I didn't know this existed. I've used the sponge that comes with my foundation since I started using it. NOT anymore! Brush applies makeup evenly with little to no waste like the sponge.
