This 3-quart covered saucepan offers superb heat conductivity and distribution. You won't get "hot spots," so food cooks evenly. Stainless steel exterior layer with a band of copper for accent. The pan has a copper core surrounded by two layers of aluminum and a stainless steel cooking surface. Polished stainless steel handles stay cool during cooking and are secured with sturdy, non-corrosive rivets. Stainless steel lid fits flush to pan so you can seal in the food's flavor. Hand wash, as dishwasher use will deteriorate the pan's exterior beauty.

3 qt. Copper Core pan

I love the size & shape of this 2 qt. pan which I added to my Christmas present set. But I would love to have you resuscitate the 1 qt. pan w/ lid! Nesting is important to me. So sad I didn't know about you a long time ago! But I intend to get a lot of good cooking in before I will these pans to my granddaughter.

A great addition

I purchased this saucepan and I am so pleased as how it cooks so evenly and a joy to clean. I had the old copper pans from All Clad and although they are still going strong I am past the age of polishing them. This by far is my favorite pan to cook with.

Evenly distributes heat, Easy to clean

Heat distributes evenly, The handle evenly distributes weight when lifting the pot with one hand. it's easy to clean. The 3qt pot is versatile. Necessary changes in heat happen quickly.

Great pan

This is the perfect pan. Food comes out perfect. I walked away and forgot the pan and the water boiled away and eggs burst and flew all over the new cabinets, the ceiling and the floor. Pan was fine. Rice comes out perfect. I only buy All Clad copper core now.

Nice pan but expensive

Nice pan and performs well but expensive. Doesn't perform significantly better enough than the aluminum pans to justify the price. Copper isn't that much more expensive than aluminum.
