Very good pan but

Make sure you heat the pan thoroughly and then add a oil(add slightly more than u use on non-stick pans) especially while making eggs. it will come out clean! I love this pan otherwise. it very heavy!

My New Go-To Pan

I LOVE this pan! It took me a very long time to decide upon a large pan as I gradually switch over to stainless steel. This was an excellent choice. This pan is quite large, allowing me to cook the large portions that I like to make. It heats quickly and evenly, and is easy to clean. I like this pan enough that I have decided that I actually need a second one too.

Wish this 12" pan had a second handle

My wife and I recently bought the 13-piece Calphalon tri-ply set and have been quite happy with it. But the one piece we have an issue with is the 12" Omlette Pan. The problem is that when filled with food it can be difficult to lift and control with just the thin handle. A few days ago my wife ended up spilling sauce on the floor because the pan started to tip and she was unable to keep it from spilling with just the one thin handle. In our opinion this large pan really could use a second handle on the opposite side, just like the 4.5 quart Sauce Pan and the Saute pans.

You won't be disappointed

A great piece of cookware at a great price! I purchased the 10 piece Calphalon set and added this piece as an addition. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The 10 piece set came with a bonus Calphalon 12" everyday pan and the lid also fits this pan. So the purchase worked out great. Excited to use my cookware everyday now.

The triply product is amazing. A quick soak with warm water and dish detergent and a virtually no scrub. cleanup.

I'm In Love

I have been using the Tri-Ply Stainless 12" regularly for a little over a month and I can't be more pleased. I have done everything from eggs, to chicken, steaks and veggies. The heat conductivity is beautiful. I hope that those who've posted negative reviews due to "sticking" do some further research. This is NOT a non-stick pan folks and some technique is required. Once you learn how to properly use you're pan you will enjoy it immensely and it will show in the results! I think I'm going to make chicken piccata tomorrow night. EXCITED!

Greatest Pans

Been using Commercial anodized for many years and we decided to upgrade.  Try-ply is even better.  Easy to use and easy to clean.  I feel bad for the people who have a sticking problem but you have to practice, practice, practice, with good pans until you get it right. Once you do it is perfection!
