Great buy!

Best Ever!

My favorite pan every! It is non-stick and food just glides on this surface - it is high enough to braise, flat enough to fry and an all-around perfect piece. Meats brown well, unlike most other non-stick pans. I'm ordering a second for my beach house - it's my go to theses days!

I love this pan so much it is my favorite pan to cook with! I’ve been through tons of top brands and this pan surpasses them all! I am going to order the whole set!

It sticks.

Fried rice, braised chicken, root vegetables, curry, and etc..... they all stick to the bottom and it requires constant scrapping with a wooden spatula. Is there any tricks to cook nonstick?
