Great Toy

Giraffe's are my baby's favorite animals! This one is a great addition to our collection. The size is perfect, it is easy to hold on to and the bendy legs are fun.

Fraud and thief

I never picked up my order in store but was still charged! I called customer service twice with the guarantee to refund my money and never received it! Macy is stealing my money

Grammy hugs

I bought this for my sister in law and her three grandchildren. My SIL's favorite animal is a giraffe, which everyone knows. With her grandchildren residing in another state (ages 8,6 and 2), they don't get to see Grammy as often as they'd like, and they love 'Grammy hugs'. With all of them having a giraffe to hold, during facetime (which they do often) they can each hug the grammy giraffe just like they were getting their Grammy hugs. I am told that they all love the giraffes and the hugs.

Awful quality

Really terribly made product. Definitely wouldn’t give it to children. Bad stitching with stuffing coming out. Don’t buy this.

Other occasion to buy:Toy has thin metal stick in leg and neck , it’s not even a soft toy. It can not stand due to poor build quality.

Poor quality

Though it was close out sell, it’s not worth even after heavy discount. Toy don’t stand. I don’t see any way to use it. It should go to dustbin. I am just afraid to shop on Macy why do they even sell this poor product? Then close out , last act to fool customers?
