Generic brand

I ordered Nautica’s grey/light grey comforter set. They sent me a grey/light grey comforter, but the brand was NOT Nautica. The brand was “Oeka Tex” and the stitching was not the same squares as shown on the picture. And because their customer service hours are eastern time, I would have to stay up late past midnight to get someone on the phone.
