Very good quality, seems a sample due to the dust on wheels but all in all, the luggage is new and in good condition. The rep who made the price meet for me is very nice and professional. The whole call was very smooth and efficient.

May have been a return

The suitcase had no wrapping at all, as with previous suitcases. I suspect it was either a floor model, or a return. Sad. You like such items to be pristine. So, two stars taken off for that. The bag itself seems study, and the color combination stands out. I noticed in reviews that some received free products. How does that happen? I've been a major Macy's shopper for over 25 years and would love to participate in that program.
