Very bad quality

I’m very disappointed with this comforter set. It feels uncomfortable and the material has noticeable bumps/raised areas that make it unpleasant to sleep on. The quality does not feel as expected, and I would not recommend this set.

Sweat Prone

This Ugg comfortable looks cute but it's 100% polyester and it cause me to sweat every night since I've put it on my bed. No I did not read what type of material it was before purchase. I just saw a really good deal on the king size, I thought it was good, but the quality is not good at all.

Ugh ... This is Sooooo Comfy

We fell in love with the old Cloud comforters by Ugg and have been searching for a replacement for a long time. The Devin comforter did not disappoint! Soft, perfect weight, and blush pink color are all exactly what we wanted! The textured striping pattern is the perfect minimalist design making for a comfy, yet elegant comforter! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Love this

I almost held back because of the reviews. The pink is subtle more like a grayish with pink hue which is awesome because it matches my bedroom that I interchange gray sets. So soft… Exactly what I was hoping for…

Color

Color is not as shown on picture.. Its more of a dingy lilac grayish color. Not pretty at all. The picture showed to be more pink. It has no pink hue at all.

Macy’s this is unacceptable - DO BETTER

I placed an order and paid via PayPal, where my correct shipping address was confirmed at checkout. Despite this, Macy’s shipped the order to an address I haven’t lived at in 20 years. I noticed the error the day after ordering, before shipment, and contacted customer service immediately to correct the address. I was told Macy’s would not update it - even though the item had not yet shipped. Macy’s then proceeded to ship the order anyway - to an address 8 hours away, where strangers now live. After delivery, I called again. Macy’s issued a refund and emailed me saying I could “keep the merchandise.” Except I don’t have the merchandise - it’s sitting on someone else’s doorstep. I asked for the item to be resent instead of refunded. I was told that was impossible because it was a closeout item and now out of stock. DO BETTER MACY’S
