Good But…

When I receive the package, they look really high-quality, but after their first washed, they feel like they hardened, and they feel oddly dry, perhaps more dry than they should be and all I did was machine wash and just hang up to dry. So I’m not sure if I need to hand wash instead? Or if it’s just a material mean for them that is the issue.
