Where the heck is my merchandise?

I ordered two pairs of corduroy slacks and two sports coats; nothing has come, more than a month later! There is not a Macy's near me, so this is the only way I can do business with this company. What gives? Was my delivery returned? Was it ever actually sent? I'd really like to receive these winter-weight pieces before spring!
