Zero

Looks like a used cloth. Very bad smell and color faded. Horrible. Wasted money and can't return bcse of last act.

Very nice sweater

This is a beautiful quality sweater. I was very pleased when it arrived in such a timely fashion. The sweater was was soft and comfortable. The only concern I had was with the turtleneck portion. I think over time the neck would get wider and wider. But we will see.
