Disappointed.

I am disappointed. The bag closure is not very secure and if the bag is tipped over items inside could easily fall out. I also wish that I had more compartments and that they were secure as well.

Not the quality I expect from Coach

Pretty bag, so-so design. If I’m paying for the Coach name, I expect a lining and feet on the bottom to protect the bag. Quality counts, always.

Not as accessible

I loved the color I picked. And the size was just what I wanted. But it’s not as accessible due to the stiffness of the handle. You cannot move the handle away to reach deep in to the bottom of the bag. Also the inner pocket is a bottom instead of a zipper. I would’ve liked to see a safer zipper pocket inside to keep stuff safe in such a big bag
