This is a pretty big bag, and it was not as eye catching as I would have wanted it to be. The material seems very strong, but I find myself wondering if lint would attach itself to the material. Just not for me so I returned. I would have preferred a more medium size bag and more details other than the coach label.
Great casual bag.
I’ll start with the positives. The size is fantastic. Perfect for amusement parks and day trips. Would be perfect size for a carryon bag for a flight. The canvas is comfortable and flexible. I’m not overly worried about getting it messed up because I can spot clean easily. The straps are much better than straps on a leather bag. So much more comfortable. The negatives with this bag are only a couple things. The pocket on the inside hangs way too far open and is a nuisance when reaching in thinking you are on the outside of the pocket. Also, the zipper gets stuck. The big chunky zipper always have an issue. As cool as they look, they aren’t as function able as the small zipper. I shouldn’t have to use two hands to pull a zipper open or closed. I will be continuing to use the bag because of the ample room and convenience. Kudos to coach for being a super casual bag to the table.

Durable to last a long time
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. This back pack designed by Coach is very nice! It is thick material and metal zipper making it very durable and will surely last a long time. The larger main compartment, embroidered with the Coach logo, is large enough for books, binders or a laptop. The smaller compartment is great for keys, pens, sunglasses etc. The straps are adjustable to make it fit comfortably.

My wife is in LOVE with this backpack!
Gave this to my wife today for Mother’s Day, and she is ecstatic! She loves: The size and storage. It’s bigger than expected which is awesome, and the quality is top-tier. It feels like it will last years, even with everyday use! The pull-strings are a little tough to pull but when you get it in the right spot it stays put. Very simple but super cute! She also loves the “Authentic” patch inside. It’s so cool!

Love it.
The reason for only 4 stars is because with such a pricey bag, you would think the zippers would work better. Zipper keeps getting stuck. Otherwise, the quality is fantastic. Very heavy duty quality. Bag feels like scratchy to the touch, but it's nice and think and durable. Very spacious, only 3 pockets. 1 in front, which is shockingly big. The main pocket, then a laptop type pocket in the big one. However, that is not padded.

100% in love with this backpack!
Surprisingly very roomy with many compartments to put things. It’s perfect to haul all of my things to work. It’s heavy duty material. Its straps are adjustable and very comfortable. It looks great even with my scrubs. Absolutely love it!!!
