Crossbody purse goes wrong

Was opening purse to take off all wrappings. Pulled the clasps and it came off. Had to return purse. I wasn’t offered another. Got refund.

Heavy Crossbody

The chain is too heavy. Would have preferred a leather strap. Leather is not flexible. Makes it hard to reach into the side zipper pocket.

Money Waste

No phone can fit in there, maybe if only some mini versions of iphones or iphones without cases - but who uses them without cases? The chain is also very short. Also on the picture it looks sleek and shiny while in reality it it totally matte. This purchase is a waste of money since no return is allowed, so hopefully I will be able to get rid of it on Facebook Marketplace.

The Coach Polished leather phone crossbody is manufactured with quality and crafted nearly to perfection. Since I do not carry a purse most days this bag is ideal for me, the major negatives however, my phone doesn't fit in the designated area with or without the case. Instead I use it to carry other small items. If the design was updated to fit these mini computers we carry around on a daily basis I consider buying that version.

it’s a cute little bag for quick errands. downside, it barely fits a larger iPhone in a case. have to remove the case for my phone to fit in the pocket. otherwise it’s cute.
