Not satisfied with the service presented to me.

That day that I purchased the perfume it was a special going on any purchase over 100 dollars u get 10 dollars back the manager didn't want to honer that because i have paid with macys gift card to me that's almost like paying in cash. I don't appreciate how macys employee some times dons t have no clue when situation like that comes up. Needs more training in my opinion.
