Another QUALITY shoulder bag with tons of space.

Love this chic, timeless, simple shoulder bag. The leather feels great and super durable. The hardware is a nice brass gold color and the wide opening makes it easy to get a ton of things in and out. My only con is the way the straps sit on the shoulder isn’t ideal.

Customer Service helped out!

The twin turnlock bag is beautiful. I got it in Olive and the leather is shiny and the bag is smooshy. The more you wear it, the softer it becomes. Also, the leather just smells amazing! I had originally ordered the bag but then my order was canceled due to backorder. I was so disappointed because I wanted this color so bad. When I saw the bag back in stock, I called CS and she placed my order for me and confirmed shipment. I was so thankful that she helped!

Received the wrong bag + delivery was delayed

Safe to say this was the worst experience I’ve had with Macy’s. Came so so late and then it wasn’t even the same bag or anywhere near similar in naming/style to even have that confusion happen. Just seemed careless. It was out of stock when I tried to contact customer service so I never got the bag in the end. Lovely.

I loved this kiss lock re-issue from Coach. They also have a smaller version of this bag. It holds a lot without a problem. If it's still available, don't miss out

Order pick up gone wrong

When I did an order pick up at maceys for this coach bag they seemed to have given me the DISPLAY and didn’t even bother to put it in a macys bag for pick up . I have done other order pick ups before and they have been nicely wrapped . This one was literally just the coach bag and a receipt attached to it . I was not happy with the purchase it definitely looked used and should not have been sold to anyone . So I called the store the next day and an amazing associate named Hailee was able to help me from the coach department . Thanks to her I got this problem solved . But I do not like how the bag was handed to be at first unwrapped and looked worn .

Best purse ever!!

I love this purse!! It’s super cute and goes with everything. The size is perfect!! it fits my phone, wallet, and a few extras without feeling bulky. The quality feels really nice and the material looks expensive. I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Definitely worth it!

A Timeless Beauty!

So happy to have gotten my hands on this limited re-edition as it has effortlessly fit into my wardrobe. The twin pockets with brass hardware are the perfect detail that give a hint of character while still maintaining a minimalist chic-ness to them. Perfect size to be a work bag, as I can comfortably fit in a notepad and digital reader. Nicely lined where I don’t feel guilty stuffing it to the brim! Although it is a larger bag, it can still fit comfortably rested on the shoulder. Excited to see how this loved leather wears in!

It looks beautiful in person, though a bit large for a petite girl like me; I just wish the strap were a little longer.
