Coach Heart Crossbody in Black
I received the Coach heart crossbody in Black and to my surprise I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. The bag is very cute, well made. Unfortunately, it can nearly fit my phone (Samsung Note 8). With my phone in the bag, I'm struggling to fit my key pouch and card holder. Requires some work to fit everything in the bag. The zipper takes work to open and close. I want a heart bag for awhile but after trying it on, it's just not for me. I'm returning the bag. Packaging was horrible. No plastic bag. It came in the macys box with tissue paper. The price tag was not intact. Macys put a replacement ticket. Giving the item 3 stars because it's cute, good quality, and craftmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall: Size is adequate. Not too and not too small. As a point of reference, you can fit a full-size bath and body works lotion, and an iPhone inside, but it is definitely a tight squeeze. There’s only one slot inside, but it seems to be more for decoration and not really purposeful. The overall quality is nice, and the color is gorgeous. The material feels and looks like a puffy faux leather quilt. The bottom is sturdy and holds well when standing on its own. The straps are detachable and adjustable for length. Pros: Decently priced. Macy’s and Bloomingdales places it on sell frequently. The quilted faux leather is a nice touch and brings character to the purse. Removable and adjustable straps. Simplicity and stylish. Cons: Purse’s depth. This is a purse to store only basic minimum in. I struggled to pull out my phone when paired with the full-size bath and body works lotion. A little travel bag w/travel items will work perfectly instead. Purse Slots need to be more functional. I would have preferred a zipper. Bur a zipper design may take away from the overall aesthetic. There is a possibility the purse will become dirty rather quickly particularly with it being tan. Would I Purchase Again: I would absolutely purchase it again. It can be dressed up or dressed down. I prefer the casual chic look the most though.

Disappointing
Although I think this bag is adorable I am very disappointed in how this bag came wrapped. You could immediately tell that this bag was used and then returned by someone. It even came with the person’s receipt inside it from almost 3 months ago with all of their information on the receipt. Very disappointing.
Coach Heart Purse
The leather is gorgeous! So soft. It is a small, cute purse. Please keep that in mind. You can’t fit your cell phone in there. It will fit keys and a few more items. If you want a good looking, well made purse, I highly recommend this!!!

Terrible packaging
So I was excellent for this it is adorable but Macy’s packaging, was terrible no coach safety bag that it should come in and the clip that hangs down from the purse that says coach was missing too, this is not the first time this has happened! Do better Macys with the person that gets the purse and the package person 😡 and no extra packaging inside the box nothing!!! I was so upset!!!!! 😭
Love this bag
Love the style and quality of this bag. It works great with different straps. I use it for formal and casual occasions. It fits my wallet, iPhone 12 Pro Max, and keys.

The bag is great, but not how they shipped it
This item is not the problem, Macy’s shipping department is. This bag is absolutely adorable, but for the price tag you think that they would package it in plastic, inside of a shipping box. But the bag I just received was thrown in a box, with a MINI dust bag (it looks like it could hold sunglasses barely this bag) and the bag is scuffed most likely from free floating inside the box. It appears to be a returned bag as well, the inside stuffing which should be in the bag was scattered in the box.
