Poor quality

Dunno how these bags get such rave reviews. The straw on the maple bag that I saw on display, already has a straw poking out. Terrible quality for the price.

Perfect Packaging

This is a great vacation and summer purse. It was shipped like it came directly from Coach all wrapped in foam, all the metal and tabs covered, in a coach plastic bag, dust cover inside, not folded, great tracking. This actually is a really big deal because so other big chain "high end" stores ship you used items, missing things like the dust cover, in poor packaging and they make a UPS/FedEx label so you can get charged but it never leaves their dock. Great job Macy's!!
