Haven't received product!

I still have not received product. I actually changed delivery date and paid more to expedite shipment and now I'm getting notifications that it will be January 15th delivery instead of the original date of January 12th? Make this make sense? I cannot review product as I still haven't received it - placed order on January 1st.

Ordered this bracelet weeks ago and still haven't received it. Keep getting told it is on its way but I'm not sure what way. Going to contact Macy's again in hopes of canceling the order.
