Bad packaging

Words are not enough to describe my disappointment. I purchased this bag and not even a single dust bag let alone a box was given with this bag. It was literally delivered in a plastic bag to my home. Very disappointed for the packaging. Not even a cardboard box was given. Poorly packaged. I wish I could have given zero star for the poor packaging. So if you are looking to gift this bag to someone don’t even bother to purchase it from Macys. Just go to coach website.

DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY!!! I have the pillow tabby 20" in black with the brass hardware. This bag is gorgeous but poor quality is not worth the price. I've had my bag for less than a year and the leather is totally damaged. I took it to the store for repairs and was told that this bag is only for special occasions. I was shocked because I thought Coach stood by the quality of their products. Coach quality is not the same.

Terrible packaging

I just got this in yesterday, opened it, and was very disappointed. Purse was in a clear bag (not the coach packaging at all). Seemed to have stains on the bag (I’m assuming it was a display model). Had to return.

Nice

I bought this purse for my sister for Chrismas because she liked the one I have so much. I purchase mine in store. I was very surprised when the purse arrived in a fairly large cardboard box without packing. I was hoping for a nice coach box to be inside. plus it didn't come with the cloth storage bag. I guess for the price of these purses, I expected a little more.

Beautiful in person

Beautiful bag and very nice quality. I wish the inside had a little more room and didn’t have all of the compartments. Love the black/pewter hardware. You can dress this handbag up or down and it will still be a nice touch to your outfit
