Wrong Shoes

I was sent a beige pair of the shoes in a denim box. I had ordered the denim shoes for an event I was attending and was so excited when they arrived until I opened up the box and was so disappointed. Macy’s need to do better I feel like I’m shopping in a discount store instead of a mall department store this isn’t the first mistake many special occasions ruined by the lack of quality controlI.☹️

Uncomfortable, not what I expected from Coach

Very uncomfortable. It gave me blisters by my pinky toes. I bought a size 6 (my usual size) and they fit a lil tight.

Unfortunately, I’ve returned, they were a little bit smaller. I should’ve ordered size eight instead of 7 1/2

Wrong size

Love how the shoe looks , but I was sent the wrong size while the computer states the correct size. So Returning the too small shoes. Tried to order a larger size, but the Macy's site keep sending me to another color shoe that I don’t want. Hope that I will be able to purchase the one I want with the correct size.
