I placed an order for this item on December 11th. Today the 22nd, I had seen that on the app it said it was delivered on the 13th. I called the customer service representative to rectify this situation, and was reassured that the item would be delivered by the 24th. Then I receive an email minutes later saying that a refund was issued. Had to call back again and they told me the item was out of stock. So basically I would have been robbed blind if I had not called and checked. This is unacceptable and the app is garbage.

Very comfortable & warm! They do run a bit small. I’m usually a 9.5W or 10M but the 11M fit just right!
