Jacquard rose print dress

The fabric and print are beautiful. Colors on the black background are vivid and stunning. The flap on the upper part of the dress is a very nice touch. I ordered my usual size 6, and it was too big all over and the skirt had way too much fabric. It did not look good on me except for the top portion of the dress. I am 5’7” and about 130 lbs, not petite but also not broad shouldered.
