Poor packaging
Cute ornament, the one I received wasn't as detailed as the stock photo. My biggest complaint was the poor packaging. It had a single piece of bubble wrap and then was placed in a flat mailer. When I received the ornament it was broken in several areas. It was a Christmas gift for a family member, so I had to return and didn't repurchase due to poor packaging and risk of receiving another broken ornament.

You should’ve paid those attention to the other reviews. This glass ornament was wrapped in a small piece of plastic and just thrown in a box I’m returning it.

Ordered one, arrived broken. Ordered a second one and that arrived broken. I really loved the idea of this but I’m sick of the return process.
Arrived Broke
I ordered this as a gift so I am very disappointed that it arrived broken. I ordered a bunch of ornaments and I don’t understand why this one was the only one not to arrive in a box. What would possess Macy’s not to put this fragile ornament in a box is beyond me. And of course Macy’s doesn’t have an exchange option. Macy’s, you really need to step it up!
