Ordered Mens but received Womens

I ordered the Men's gloves in an XL for my father for Christmas. Either these run super small or I was sent a women's XL (they had to be the women's version in an XL.) The leather was great and I would have kept for myself, but a women's XL is too big for me so returned the gloves.

Too small

The gloves are lovely, however, even if they were a women's XL they would be too small. I ordered a pair of Calvin Kline instead. It's too late in the season for another mistake. Can't go wrong with Calvin.

Poor shipping

Never arrived. And no information from Macys the scheduled arrival came and went. Now it takes minimum 11 days for Macys to verify and credit my account. No I won’t be doing business here again

Runs way small.

These are really beautiful gloves super soft leather. I ordered them as a gift and I got them. They look like they’re gonna be very small so I went back online and ordered the extra large. I’m even wondering if that will be big enough.
