I wanted to love it

I wanted to love it. the color is perfect, the idea of it is perfect. a classy backpack purse. but the straps are horrible the are slippery even when using it as a backpack the straps slip down. I'm still trying to brake in the straps so maybe that might help bc it is really pretty

New quality is lacking

The quality of this product is not in keeping with the previous quality I have experienced from Cole Haan. I have an older Large Convertible Luxe Backpack that I dearly love and had hoped to find the same love for this smaller version. The zippers in the new Small Convertible Luxe Backpack are of poor quality and I returned the Backpack. Also the large and protruding logo on the front of the Small Convertible Luxe Backpack is a snagging hazzard and unattractively large. I do not wish to be a walking advertisement for Cole Haan.

Attractive laptop backpack

This backpack is attractive and super easy to convert to a purse when it doesn't make sense to wear on your back. It fits my work laptop well and it's easy to reach into all the pockets.

Great bag, BUT

Great bag but one of the outside pockets isn’t closed at the bottom. I have slipped my phone in there at least five times since I got the purse two weeks ago. I’ve never had a pocket like that on any bag and I’m just lucky my phone has hit the deck on a hard surface (hasn’t broken so far.). Please be aware of this. It is really beautiful but in my opinion this is flaw in the design and should be fixed.

Great purchase!

I purchased this bag to use for school and to take on rotations at practice sites. It is large enough to hold my iPad Air 4th gen and 8X10 papers along with other essentials I need. I love that I can carry it as a backpack, crossbody, and just hold it. Highly recommend!
