Great Quality, Slightly Large

I love Cole Haan, and this product does not disappoint. It comes with the top quality you come to expect of the brand. Real beautiful leather, quality stitching, but as other reviews have said, it runs large. When I bought my first pair I thought that it could just be an issue for them so I decided to go for my usual size and a size that I have used in other Cole Haan shoes, yet it fits a bit larger than I expected. So overall, spectacular and quality product, I 100% recommend it but just be wary that you should aim maybe half a size less than your usual shoe size.

Defective order

These shoes look worn/used I want a different pair please . Both the brown and the black pair that I ordered look worn old and used and I can tell they’ve been worn.

Too cramped and uncomfortable

This is the worst and most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn. Squeezes your foot at the mid point and the toe box is cramped as well. I do not feel any cushion comfort at the heel either. This is definitely not for anyone with wide feet either.
