Terrible odor!

Jacket has chemical odor, it doesn't smell at all like leather. I will be returning it.

Sloppy shipping process

I received the jacket with the anti-theft tag still on it. The jacket is fine. Now I have to take it back and have it removed. Not the type of customer service I expected. Makes me think twice about buying fronm Macy's.
