Bad zippers

While I like the style and fit of the coat, both zippers frequently open up from the bottom. I must say that is so annoying that I sometimes want to return the coat. This is most disappointing for a Cole Hahn coat. Would not likely purchase another Cole Hahn with a zipper. My old Cole Hahn coat with buttons works much better. I have a second Cole Hahn purchased at the same time. I haven’t yet worn it and It also has zippers- At this point, I am not optimistic that it will work well.
