Beautiful coat

But it ran small, so I returned it. Also, you need to improve your packaging. It looked like someone grabbed the coat off a rack and carelessly stuffed it into a box along with the hanger. Macy's can do better!

So beautiful, I bought it in 2 colors!

The cut, fit, weight and style of this coat is perfection. I have it in two colors because the deal at Macy's was incredible. Run, don't walk, to get this coat!

Poorly Made

This fits really nicely and I love the look. However, the lining came apart after wearing only a few times. The pockets came apart and had holes so I couldn’t use them. When I called Macys customer service he said “sorry it’s beyond the time limit.” I told him I only had the coat for about two months and how could it be falling apart?? They did nothing!!

Good looking coat

I love the coat—stylish and comfortable. It isn’t as warm as I’d like. Wool coats don’t seem to be as heavy as they once were. A shame.
