Warm coat, not great zippers

This coat is attractive and super warm. However, the zippers (2 of them) are too lightweight and get caught in and stuck on the zipper's trim. Very frustrating and time-consuming. If the zippers were stronger I would give the coat 5 stars!

zipper

The quality of the zipper is terrible, it doesn't work properly, it gets stuck on the fabric and additionally, the zipper carriage broke the day I used it for the first time. so I return it for that reason the color is very nice and different but I wish the have other kind of zipper

Very warm coat.

This coat is overall consistent with my previous experience with Cole Hann. It is slightly longer than I had expected, which is actually ideal. The color is uncommon for the season but beautiful. It is also very warm because of the filling material, although a bit heavy. I noticed two details: (1) There is a “real down feather” label attached to the coat. This coat’s filling is not 100% “real down feather”. (2) The faux fur trim looks and feels luxurious, but the hood is too large so when I wear the hood up the trim would block my view. I don’t think it was designed to fold the trim in the hood.
