Poor customer service

love the shoe but needed a half size smaller and called three stores and multiple days on hold to learn that the Macys that HAD THAT SIZE DIDNT CARE TO SELL IT TO ME. Finally cosmetics and beauty picked up and I told them I wanted shoes and then they took my number and never called back. To be very specific I called 769 Aventura 305-682-3300 all week and 776 Dadeland 305-662-3400. Sad bc I used to be a very good customer at Macys buying furniture (mattress, box springs, leather sectional, multiple gifts for employees, lots of clothing …. sad just disappointing and sad!!!

Insanely comfortable

These shoes are the softest most comfortable flats I have ever put on my feet. No need to even break them in. Please please make them in more colors! They’re perfect for work , with jeans , or with a casual little dress.

Perfect res flats

I have worn Cole Haan shoes for years and they are always 100% comfortable right out of the box. I have been searching for red flats for a very long time and I was thrilled to find these Cole Haan shoes at Macy’s.
