Never received it/shows delivered

I spoke to someone at Macys and after continuous questions regarding what happened to the item I was told it was damaged during shipping. Eventually, I was told it would be sent overnight. It’s the next morning and it still shows processing. This was a gift. I’m very dissatisfied.

The perfect kids winter coat!!!!!

Hands down the best winter coat for my kids!!! I’m so glad I got these coats to beat the winter in Chicago. They are so warm, perfect for the snow and on top of that we don’t have to deal with zippers getting stuck. True to size, would size up if you still want to bundle them up with a fleece sweater.

Worth the money

My son loves this coat, since he got it he wants to wear it everyday, some days I’m like it’s not cold enough. I could have got a medium size but it gives him extra room for sweaters underneath.

Terrible zipper, buy another brand

I bought this in October, it got cold in November and by January 3rd, the zipper was broken - about 2 months of wear. Now the warranty takes six weeks to have it fixed- not helpful in North Dakota

Good purchase

Fits perfectly and keeps him warm on the really cold playground days. My one quibble is with the double zipper. I don’t think little kids need it. It just makes it more difficult for him to zip up the coat correctly on his own.

Best coat!

We live in the northeast. My son used this the first day we got it. We went for an evening walk (for about an hour) with our neighbor and it was in the low 40s/high 30s. No complaints about being cold at all. In fact, when we got home, I asked him how the coat worked and he said it kept me warm and I still am! I love that it is longer also. It is at or just above his knees so keeps cold/wind out. It has Outgrown also so happy this will last a few winters since we can extend the sleeves. If they still have when he grows out of this one, I will purchase again!
