Not for windy situations

I am pleased with the Tobacco color and warmth and softness. I wish the collar was a little bit taller. When it became windy near my home is when I quickly noticed that my neck was feeling the brunt of the cold. I tried to pull the collar higher but it was as high as it goes. I don't have a particularly long neck and I do feel the coat has a shorter than normal collar. I will continue to enjoy this coat and plan to wear a scarf when it gets windy.
