It’s an illusion
It sucks, I was able to use it once ‘to test it’ and it never worked steamed again. A user guide was not included and is not available anywhere for this model. The free troubleshooting suggestions online - by users- didn’t work. Don’t waste your money.

Compact and handy travel steamer!
I find this steamer works well for both quick touch-ups and travel , appreciating its compact size and lightweight design. I praise its ease of use , particularly as an alternative to traditional ironing, and its effectiveness in smoothing out wrinkles quickly. The steamer heats up very quickly and is well-made , it’s gentle on delicate fabrics. I definitely recommend it for everyone!

A rally interesting and helpful travel item!
A greatly handy little travel steamer. I have tried a few different types and this is the first with the same steam, iron, press function—which is awesome. The water tank is small though and could do with an expansion so you are not refilling it over, and over, and over, and over…and you get the point. As an added benefit, we have packed it twice where bringing g an iron is not allowed (although I do not advocate it in case you are refused) and it was magically transformed into my Wife’s new hair straightener. So, it is a win/win in my book.

Great small steamer
Great multipurpose steamer, enjoyed the iron function too.

First time user
This is my first steamer ever, I always used an iron before. I need to get used to it. I find it easy to operate. Works great on the washed clothes, much faster than the iron. The water runs off fast, that my only dissatisfaction. It’s a triple action appliance, I am still to try the iron and the shaver.

Clunky
The steamer seems good but it doesn’t do as well with the ironing because the design is not very good. When u clamp on the clothing, the ironing part is small as the clamp part has some weird rubber gasket that makes it unable to smoothly iron away.

Steam won’t come out
After three uses, I cannot get the steam to come out anymore. I am not happy.
