Cold-Shoulder Sheath Dress

Web ID: 2925416Hot red dress!
Lovely color and nice material, but this ran very large for me so it had to be returned. Consider that the size runs large before ordering.
Sleeves are a challenge
This dress would be perfect if it had a more fitted sleeve/band. The photo does not show the droopy sleeve. If I could sew it to make it fit the upper arm better I would have kept the dress.
Disliked
It was oversized and unattractive on. Looks much better in the picture.
Too big, too long
This dress might be attractive on someone tall and curvy but on someone medium height/weight, it was too loose and too long. Returning it. If you decide to buy it, I would suggest going with at least 1 size smaller (like an 8 if you're a 10, etc.). It is made well and has a comfortable fabric.
Nice dress-just not for me
I'm very particular about what shade of red I want to wear. This wasn't the right shade. The dress was ok, just not flattering and didn't really loook that great on me, so I returned it.
Just fine.
I didnt feel like the dress did anything for me. I'm 5'1, 140 and I ordered the smallest size avilable and it still felt a little big. The length was great hit just above the knee and the neckline didn't strangle me but the sleeves got me. My arms are skinny, but not that skinny and these sleeves hung off my arm.
Pretty lightweight slipon dress
I normally can wear a large or in some cases extra large depending on the brand or designer and I ordered this in size 16 and it fit me perfectly. I am 5'9" and it hit just below my knee as in the photo. It was a lightweight polyester dress but weighty if that makes any sense. When I first received it I did not think it would fit and would show everything but I was wrong it is made of substantial fabric and not see through. I slipped it on over a camisole I had on and it just slivered right over it. So if you order it give it a try before making a final decision. I ordered it in the blue color because I have a lot of black and red dresses and jumpsuits for the holidays. At first glance it looked purple to me but when I took it out of the plastic bag and put it on it is most definitely a beautiful royal blue. The puckering hides the belly flaws once you get them situated. I think if you were to wear it this time of the year and you live in a colder area you might want to put a fur or faux fur coat or something nice over it to keep you warm. I plan on wearing it with a fur coat and black suede boots because where I live it gets cold. I liked that it is year round fabric though. I believe it is appropriate enough that I could even wear it to church as well. You most definitely will need to wear a spanx or something of that nature to give you that added confidence I think but it was very pretty and fit me just fine and just slipped on over my head easily. Ofcourse I will get my husband's opinion before making a final decision but I liked it.
