Bad workmanship

We put together chair but holes were drilled wrong for ottoman- called customer service and was told could not just send back the ottoman we had to also send chair…it was difficult to put the chair together and was not going to take it apart. The chair and ottoman came in separate boxes and it is ridiculous that a new ottoman couldn’t be sent to us…customer service refused to do that. I will not purchase from Macys again and will tell others
