Wrong size sent

I like converse. But their shipping dept is really bad. I'm sure company is losing customers because of it. The shoes are shipped from the company directly and not from where you purchase. This usually isn't a problem. But this company has shipped multiple orders wrong size or wrong item. Then it's a hassle to return or you have to go to store in person to return. They also take so long to ship items. Much longer than other companies. Despite being slow they still get orders wrong. Whoever is charge of shipping really needs to fix shipping issues and do a better job. Otherwise ppl will stop purchasing this brand due to unreliable shipping.
