Very happy

I am very happy with this pan. It is a nice size. And appears to be a quality product. I was very happy with how easily it cleaned even after cooking roasts for so long. I will be looking into the brand when replacing more pans in the future.

Great Roasting Pan

Cooks Standard 16" X 13" Stainless Steel Roaster-Baking Pan with Rack, is a great addition to my kitchen. This is probably the best pan I have ever used. It cooks like a pro. This roaster is made of heavy gauge stainless steel that provides even/quick heat, durability, and easy cleaning. V-shaped stainless steel rack allows for even browning, faster cooking, and collecting the juices from your dinner. It has a flat bottom that can be used for roasting, baking, and can be placed on stovetops. And holds up to 12 quarts. I highly recommend this Stainless Steel Roaster-Baking Pan with Rack to everyone thats enjoys cooking with the best of quality.

Best roasting pan on the market!

This is literally the very best roasting pan on the market. I have owned at least a dozen in my 40 years of life. None have perform the way this one has. Not only is it incredibly thick and durable the handle set high and offset from the pan itself. The V shape roasting rack is essential to get a great outer crust on things like pernil. I seriously doubt with this level of quality I will ever have to replace this pan. If I were to have to replace it I would not hesitate to replace it with another Cooks standard pan of exactly the same make and model.

Great roaster!

This is a great roaster! It’s large enough to hold my 20 plus pound turkeys I buy and it’s very sturdy. I also love the v rack that it comes with and the lip makes for easy pouring of the broth contents out of the pan. It’s also very nice and convenient that the pan is smooth on the bottom and can be used for cooking on the stovetop. After cooking, the pan was very easy to clean and did not damage or stain. I would highly recommend this roaster and am very happy with it overall.

Great product

Cooks is a great company with great products. The cookware is very well made. The stainless steel is super sturdy and cooks super well. The roasting pan is large and can be used for bigger food items or even small things as well.
