Came broken into pieces. Even the glass lids. Clean breaks. Lids chipped on edges. Be very careful opening. Reached out to Customer Service waiting for replacement.

Shipped broken item

You shipped me a broken dish in a box that was scotch taped closed. The box had a rip in it. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. I had to bring it back to the store. Offering me $10 back wad an insult when the largest piece was broken.

Nice use for regular.

Overall, I’m happy with the bowl dinner set. The design and quality are nice, and it looks great. However, one of the small bowls arrived broken. The set should have included only two bowls, but there was an issue with one piece upon delivery. Other than that, everything was good. If the packaging were improved to prevent damage during shipping, this would easily be a 5-star product.

Poor delivery!

This is a Macy's review that does not have to do with the product itself. I never opened the product as it was obvious when picking up the box from my porch that it was completely broken inside. The product box was placed inside a larger box without packing material. Unfortunately when I had tried to replace it, the product was out of stock. Then I had to haul the heavy box in to be returned.

Good bakeware.

Cooks great. Arrived with the largest baking dish broken, but all other pieces were in great shape.

Most of the pieces were broken during shipping
