Bad service

Ordered the shipment and they said it would be three days to receive it. That did not happen. I received it late and on top of things it was broken into 1 million pieces. Now I have to take the time to return it and look for an alternative item. It seems like Macy’s does not care about shipping any longer or the customer being satisfied on what they get.

Horrible

So the dish is nice, I guess, but Macy's shipping department took absolutely no care in packing and shipping it. It was simply tossed into a box that was too big for it with no padding underneath it and two pieces of packing paper just thrown on top. Of course, it arrived broken
