Arrived broken, twice!

I ordered this and it arrived broken. Called and suggested replacement dish be wrapped in bubble wrap. Macys sent another one wrapped in paper and it, too, arrived broken. Now I have two broken dishes that need to return. Never again ordering from Macy’s online.

Broken

I was so happy to get this on sale and that it arrived on 12/24 as estimated. (Ordered on 12/20) But it arrived in a box 3 times too big with no additional padding. It was bubble wrapped and as soon as I started to lift it out I could see a crack all the way down one side and could hear it rattling without even taking off the bubble wrap so it was were broken in other spots as well.. So it is being returned which was an easy process to do online. Thus the 2 stars.
