Horrible

So the dish is nice, I guess, but Macy's shipping department took absolutely no care in packing and shipping it. It was simply tossed into a box that was too big for it with no padding underneath it and two pieces of packing paper just thrown on top. Of course, it arrived broken

Nice but arrived broken

Nice casserole. Purchased as a gift for my daughter-in-law. It arrived broken so they have to return it. Better care in shipping would have earned a 5.
