Ok pilates sock
These are ok pilates socks if you're a beginning or needing to pick up some socks quickly like I was. The grips on them on the bottom are good, however the sock itself seemed to slip and twist off my feet pretty easily so have have had to readjust them a lot during the class.

The grip could benefit from improvement.
The socks are quite thin, which might make them comfortable for some activities, but unfortunately, I found that the grip does not provide adequate stability for Pilates. When performing various movements, I felt that my feet weren't securely planted. It would be beneficial if the grip offered more traction to enhance overall stability.

Good enough
Ok, very comfortable and great price, not as much grip as some better quality yoga socks. Good for mat pilates but I need more grip for reformer.
